Kat Ogden is a passionate storyteller dedicated to enriching the creative landscape through writing, producing, and acting. With a deep commitment to the Seattle film community, Kat is honored to serve as the Chair of the Seattle Film Commission, where she advocates for local filmmakers. A proud member of both the Director’s Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA, Kat's career spans numerous television series and films, including notable works such as Z Nation and Safety Not Guaranteed.

Her recent contributions include the short story "Leda and the Swan Hat," featured in volume eight of Creative Colloquy Magazine, and the original short Infested, which she wrote, produced, and starred in. Kat also contributed "The Season of the Dead Girl" to the anthology Grimoire: Tales from Dragonsteel Nexus 2024, debuting at Dragonsteel Nexus 2024 (Grim Oak Press)

Kat is currently developing her directorial debut.
